Special Thanks To Baird Ferguson For Donation

The club would like to thank Baid Ferguson for very kindly collecting on behalf of our team on the North Sea Oil Riggs. Baird has been a regular at our fundraising nights, but unfortunately could not attend the most recent St Valentines Disco due to work commitments, however he took it upon himself to raise a collection from his co workers and raised £70 towards our funds.
We very much appreciate the effort that he has made and thank him very much. Baird and his son Ross were also bidding on signed Henrik Larsson jersey, which shows the commitment they have to supporting the team.

Gangsters & Molls Fundraiser A Huge Success

Last nights St Valentines Disco held in St Andrews Hall, East Kilbride was a great success. Everyone who attended had a great time and contributed significantly towards the costs of our Barcelona trip. A Special thanks goes to John Quinn and the parents of the under 10/11's who made a special effort to be there and boost the numbers in attendance, was it not for them the hall would have been half empty. Thanks John!! The auction items proved a great source of funds with John Quinn bidding on behalf of Gordon Bevaird, and buying the signed Larsson jersey for £500. The Roy Keane jersey was bought for £150, the Rangers jersey £110 and the Celtic jersey had already been sold for £200. A great night, and it was just a pity more of our parents weren't there to enjoy it.

Due to the parks at Hamilton Palace being declared unplayable, Sundays match against Strathclyde United has been moved to Kirkland Park, Strathaven with a 1000 kick off. We will be meeting at Hairmyres Station at 0900 or Strathaven at 0915.
There will be a pitch inspection at Strathaven tomorrow, but fingers crossed the game will go ahead.

EKYC v Strathclyde United, Sunday 11 February

This Sundays game against Strathclyde United is a 1000 kick off at Hamilton Palace. We will be meeting at 0915 at Hairmyres or 0930 at Hamilton. Strathclyde have only narrowly been defeated in recent weeks, 4-1 by Netherton Claret and 2-0 by Aston Villa Diamonds. We will need to improve on the performance against Hamilton to get a result, which will put us back into the top two again.

Training Wednesday 7th February

Training will be as usual this week, Ballerup from 6pm til 8pm. Everone should make every effort to be there, and if not going to manage phone Andy or Tam before hand.
